![]() Simply expand it in your inbox calendar, and everything else will be there and operational. And then in the left nav bar, you'll see your target email address is ready for use. After entering that information, you'll get a screen that says the account was successfully added, and it gives you the option to add more, if you wish. You may also get a prompt for your password as well. This is the email address you're going to use going forward, the one for the new domain. The first one is going to ask you for your new email address. We do this by clicking File in the top left, and then clicking this Add Account button. Now we just have to add your new target email address using your target email address and password. This is completely normal because we removed the source account. Now, the listings for email accounts is entirely blank, and all the content within your Outlook Client will be blank as well. When you click Remove, you'll get a prompt asking you if you're sure you want to continue. Now we can click on the Email tab, select your email account, and then remove it. Now you'll see that there is a secondary storage location for your Outlook data. To add a new location to store it, you simply click Add, select an appropriate location on your computer, select an appropriate name, then click OK. If you click OK, and then select the Data Files tab next to the Email tab, you'll see the data storage location associated with your source email account. This is nothing to worry about, and it's actually pretty easy. If you select it and try to click Remove, it may ask you to pick a new location to store your Outlook Client data. When the Account Settings window appears, you'll see your source email account listed. We do this by clicking File, then Account Settings, and Account Settings once again. So we need to remove the old one and simply add your new one. ![]() This indicates that your target mailbox is ready to use going forward as your primary account. We see a message in the inbox saying, sign in to your new mailbox. Here, we can see Megan's source email account is visible and usable. The process is actually quite straightforward.
